Harvest Carnival will begin tomorrow night, October 24th, at 6 p.m. Because of rain chances, we have decided to move the carnival inside the gym. Doors will open at 6. Game booths will run from 6 to 7:30. Immediately after, we will have the Kiss the Goat winner, Carnival King and Queen coronation ceremony, ticket prize drawings, and basket silent auction winners. Bingo will begin at 8. Come help support our students at Coleman. You will be glad you did.
Our 2nd winner in the cookie dough fundraiser is Riata McGuire. Congratulations

Congratulations to Emmitt Johnston, our 1st winner in our cookie dough/popcorn fundraiser. Every time a student sells 2 items parents can fill out the I Sold 2 items and send back to school. Then it is dropped in our drawing for a chance to win a stuffed animal every school day till Nov. 4th.

Cheer is selling pink out shirts. All orders and money is due Monday Oct. 27th. Pink out games is on Nov. 6th at Mill Creek.

The basketball game for 5th-8th grade has been canceled on Oct 29th.

Coleman Public Schools Parent Teacher Conferences will be Tuesday 10/7 from 3:30-9 pm!
We will have Rocky’s homemade ice cream and smash burger food truck as well as Rancheros Taco truck from 330-730 for anyone in the Coleman area.

Due to softball and baseball regionals, thursday 10/2 & Friday 10/3 will both be virtual days for all students

The Strong Readers Act is focused on strengthening early literacy skills, particularly in the Early Childhood grades of KG-3, by ensuring students progress based on reading proficiency:
Goals include:
To ensure all students are equipped with foundational reading skills by the time they enter third grade.
To provide evidence-based, effective reading instruction to students and educators.
To reduce the number of students who are reading below grade level.
