We are still working on getting all our returning students enrolled. If you have not yet started or completed your enrollment for the 2026-27 school year, please do so immediately. You will need to go to oked.sylogist.com/Coleman to login and complete the enrollment. If you need assistance with username and a password reset please email stacy.graham@coleman.k12.ok.us and I will get those to you as quickly as possible. Once you log in enrollments can be found under Student Records Portal.
We also need to know if there are ANY students who are NOT returning for the new year. IF this is the case, PLEASE email melissa.ferguson@coleman.k12.ok.us (please do NOT send a message through the app) and stacy.graham@coleman.k12.ok.us so that we can adjust our anticipated enrollment sheets and have a realistic grasp of expected enrollment numbers for the fall.

Good morning! I am resharing this post we made to remind ALL CURRENT COLEMAN parents to read the instructions below and get your kiddo enrolled. Earlier this week the transfer system opened and we already have a handful of requests. A couple of these requests are for grades that have reached our capacity limits.
To make best educational decisions on these requests, we need to know if there are ANY students who are NOT returning for the new year. IF this is the case, PLEASE email melissa.ferguson@coleman.k12.ok.us (please do NOT comment below) and stacy.graham@coleman.k12.ok.us so that we can adjust our anticipated enrollment sheets and have a realistic grasp of expected enrollment numbers for the fall.
If you ARE returning, whether you are a resident of Coleman OR a previous transfer student, it is so important that you complete the enrollment process immediately. It is now all digital, so if you do not know the access information to complete the enrollment process, please email Stacy Graham (email listed above and in the pic below).
If you are a NEW family wanting to come to Coleman, your FIRST step is to go the Oklahoma State Department of Education's website at https://oklahoma.gov/.../school.../student-transfers.html and access the transfer system there. Enter the information for your child(ren) on thier digital form, and then we will be alerted automatically once that step is complete. After we review the request and determine if there is room, and if we can accept the transfer, we will contact you. When we do, you can get the online enrollment info you need at that time to access our enrollment system.

Board Agenda for June 8th, 2026


Please help our robotics team. We are seeking donations to help them go to Nationals at Ft Worth Cowtown invitational. Please see the flyer for more information. Donations can be dropped off at the high school office anytime from eight in the morning to three in the afternoon Monday through Friday.

School calendar for the 26-27 school year

Sports Physicals on June 17th. There are forms to be filled out in the high school office and must have a parent's signature.
